WHO WE ARE

At Huayu Prototype, we are an integrated engineering and manufacturing company that has been helping customers from the initial design concept to low volume production for nearly fifteen years.

OUR PAST

Our founder and president, Andy Rong, began his career as a manufacturing engineer at Taiwanese manufacturing company Airtek, focusing on optimizing production line efficiency and cost reduction in the areas of precision machining, sheet metal, and injection molding. Over the years, he worked his way into R&D and led a team to design, perform testing, and launch of entire product lines.

After spending over a decade in Airtek and gaining a deep understanding of manufacturing, he decided to start his own manufacturing company making custom parts, prototypes, and assemblies.

In the early days, we were focused mostly on making plastic CNC prototypes and Vacuum Casting for many major manufacturing companies in the Asia market, mainly focusing on low cost and speed.

THE PRESENT

After dramatically expanding our capabilities, we decided to start focusing on the international market in 2014, investing heavily in capital equipment and upgrading our quality management. We are now able to achieve tolerances as tight as 50 microns and can machine a variety of metals and plastics.

We make parts and assemblies for companies from around the world in multiple industries, including consumer electronics, automotive, robotics, and more.

We have dozens of high-speed CNC machining centers up to 5-axis, CNC Press Brakes from 800-3000mm (Sheet Metal Fabrication), Rapid Prototyping facilities (3D Printing and Vacuum Casting), and a fully equipped quality lab.

Most importantly, we have a well-trained team ready to help you with your custom parts needs.

Shenzhen Junchang Hardware and Optoelectronics Co., Ltd has been a professional manufacturer and trader of plastic mold and injection molding since 2006. Our factory covers an area of 4000 square meters. We have a strong team over 100 employees with perfect team-working spirit, including experienced designers, engineers, technicians, QA/QC personnel and workers. 

Our main business is mold manufacturing, injection molding and CNC machining. Now we have an advanced CNC machining center, CNC electrical discharge machine, line cutting and other relative equipment. We can make multiple and accurate positioning with tolerance less than 0.01mm. We keep adopting advanced production facilities to improve efficiency and consistently provide superior quality products and favorable price to achieve a win-win situation. Our products comply with international quality standards and we hold certificates of ISO9001-2015.
