CSSC is an OEM fabrication factory of metal construction and mechanical parts. The company is a French and German "Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise" (WOFE) located in Qingdao city, Shandong province, China.Most of our customers are European companies (from 50 up to 3.000 employees) aiming at entering the Chinese market of automotive and industrial parts.Also manufacturers, these companies are looking for a long-term solution for their purchasing in metal parts in China to focus on their most profitable activities: new product design, engineering, commercial prospection, trading...and saving on costs !Our French and German management team -cumulating more than 30 years of work experience in China - is based permanently in Qingdao. CSSC Technical product factory is located in Chengyang district (5km distant from Qingdao liuting airport). Selected and trained continuously to be autonomous craftsmen CSSC has its own Import and export license for Metal parts and wedling construction in China 3D designer station on site Factory autonomous for the conception and fabrication of heavy and light metal construction and mechanical parts (steel, stainless steel and aluminium fabrication) Quick prototyping facility with our "samples team" able to realize toolings, jigs and parts in the best delays. Our quality system has passed successfully the ISO 9001: 2000 certification. Still quality is more than a certificate to us and relies on our European management and expectation regarding our own products and installation. Our welders are continuously trained internally and externally (37 welders of CSSC passed the International welding certificate). For confidentiality, measures and standards conversion purpose (imperial to metric for instance). We re-design in 3D all the drawings of our customers. The result: prototypes and first piece samples that are according to the drawing and material the first time. We have an internal QC bureau with a team of quality controler composed of QC specialist and promoted welder and machinists.
